These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Khdmati (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Khdmati mobile application and website (https://khdmati.org).
By accessing the Application, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Application and you must discontinue use immediately.
Khdmati operates an online digital marketplace matching customers who need everyday services (such as home cleaning, maintenance, repairs, and deliveries) with independent third-party service providers.
You acknowledge and agree that Khdmati does not directly perform the services and is not an employer of the independent service providers. Khdmati acts strictly as a platform operator enabling bookings, payment processing, and communication.
To use most features of the platform, you must register for and maintain an active personal user services account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You understand that use of the services may result in charges to you for the services you receive from a third-party provider.
Charges will be inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.
Payments are processed securely via our integrated third-party payment gateways or may be collected via cash-on-delivery where explicitly offered by the platform.
All charges paid by you are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by Khdmati in accordance with our cancellation policy.
You may elect to cancel your request for services from a third-party provider at any time prior to the arrival of such provider. However, if you cancel after a service provider has accepted the request and traveled to your location, you may be charged a nominal cancellation fee.
Khdmati shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or property damage related to, in connection with, or otherwise resulting from any use of the services or the actions of independent service providers.
These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Application are governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws applicable to the territory where Khdmati officially operates its business operations.
